Lawn Mowing Crew Leader Job Overview
You have experience with residential or commercial lawn mowing. You are able to work with minimal supervision, as part of a team, and direct the activities of two or more team members. As a Lawn Mowing Crew Leader, you are enthusiastic, personable, detail oriented, honest, reliable, and self-motivated. You have a working knowledge of lawn mowing and maintenance techniques.
The Lawn mowing Crew Leader will be responsible for safely and efficiently coordinating the lawn mowing and maintenance efforts while providing excellent customer service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. The Lawn Mowing Crew Leader will also be an integral part of the R&D Landscape snow and ice management system in the winter.
Lawn Mowing Crew Leader Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Lawn Mowing Crew Leader include working with the project manager to carry out lawn mowing and maintenance projects on an ongoing basis.
Required Work Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in lawn care and/ or landscaping
- DOT Medical Card
- Chauffeur License
- Strong oral and written communication skills, math skills, minor technological skills, job planning skills
- Mechanical aptitude
