Qualifications
- Design and sell landscape construction projects
- A firm grasp of plant knowledge
- Able to relay information to the production to the production manager or field crew effectively and efficiently
- A clear understanding of basic construction and hardscape installations
- A mind for problem-solving and calculating materials needed
- Prepares and presents proposals entirely and professionally, according to company standards. Follow-ups on bids and offers profitable solutions to customers.
- Prospect for new business and develops relationships with general contractors, builders, commercial developers, property managers, and others.
- Responds to all inquiries and requests for bids in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 yrs experience in the landscape design field
- B.S. Degree in landscape design/architecture or related field not required but is considered an asset.
- Able to use technology to create first-class landscape designs.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000
