1. Reworking of the competitive soccer field. This area had been redone by others two times since the original field had been created in 1997 but never held up like it does now.
2. Reworking the stone dust on the infields of the competitive baseball and softball fields. Prior to your work, a ball hit into the infield tended to bury into the loose surface. No longer does this happen.
3. Reworking the lawn area surrounding the new Administration Building and adding two landscaping areas. This was done in the fall of 2008 and [as of February, 2009] already has started to fill in and showing a dark green color.

We are all looking forward with great anticipation to seeing the new lawn and landscaping this coming spring.

We at Emerald Isle Condominiums have been very happy with the lawn service given by R&D Landscape. We have found them to be responsible, caring, and truly interested in doing a good job. They mow, trim, and blow cuttings off drives and sidewalks on a typical mowing day. R&D also edges our asphalt and concrete areas as requested. Additionally they bag unwanted grass cuttings and provide services for spring and fall clean up to our complex. For their quality lawn care we highly recommend R&D Landscape.

Firing snowplow contractors used to be a common occurrence here. Despite walking tours and placing marker stakes, they'd tear up lawns, push rock gardens across the lot, break off sidewalk corners, pile up snow and ice on nursery trees and do a half-hearted job of clearing the snow, besides. That all came to a screeching halt when Doug signed us up five years ago (time flies when you're having snow). R&D Landscape's drivers are careful and courteous and plow my C-shaped lot as if they own it. And their rates are among the lowest in the region. I founded my media production business over 34 years ago and my company's image and my property's street appeal remain among my top concerns. My vendors have to prove that they share my concerns or they're gone. R&D Landscape proves their worth to me, my employees and customers each time they plow.

In the spring of 2001 we were ready to finish the landscaping around our three-year-old home. We called the number on a flyer that had been left in our paper box to get an estimate. Impressed with Russ and Doug's artistic ideas, eagerness to work and readily apparent integrity we decided to hire them to install a flagstone walkway and planting beds. We were pleased with the outcome and since then have employed R&D every summer to take care of our lawn, trees and shrubs. Building on their previous ideas in the fall of 2007, Russ and Doug designed and installed the landscaping around an addition to our house.
